Challenges: A SaaS provider serving hundreds of sports clubs nationwide sought our expertise to create a unified solution. Their vision encompassed streamlined internal operations for club employees and a convenient, engaging experience for club members. Specifically, the clubs needed a system enabling employees to manage key tasks remotely using iPads, while members required the ability to book games, order refreshments, and track scores through iOS devices. The challenge lay in designing and developing apps that met the distinct and demanding needs of both user groups within the fast-paced sports club environment..

Our Solution: Using agile development, we built two feature-rich iOS applications that seamlessly integrated with the existing SaaS ecosystem. The member-centric app empowered players to reserve fields, book equipment, and log game data. A “Daily Logs” feature facilitated real-time score updates, which were then stored in the ERP system. Additionally, the app allowed members to order refreshments directly to their location using secure mobile payments. A separate, employee-focused app provided staff with remote access to club-specific data. From their iPads, employees could manage field bookings, oversee partner relationships, and track accounting tasks, boosting efficiency and improving overall operations. Upon launch, the member app spurred a significant increase in food and beverage revenue, as members embraced the convenience of mobile ordering during games. The employee app proved equally impactful, with mobile access to critical information increasing staff engagement and productivity, creating a more responsive operational environment.
